My Zune isnt working?

Well one day i was using my zune and it was working perfectly then it started to be all shadey like the backlight wasnt working so i turned it off so now my zune wont turn on anymore and i cant return it because i lost the reciept. What should i do?

if it was under 30 days ago just take it back and say you don't like it. they should give you at least store credit or a gift card for that store.
