My Zune keeps freezing!!!?

Question

This started happening a couple days ago.

It takes a while for the song to change, and in the middle of a song it'll stop playing. And sometimes the music stops but the seconds keep going like it's still playing or something! and sometimes it'll be playing a song but the screen says it's a different song!

i don't know whats wrong or how to make it stop!

-it's an 80 gb and i've had it for about 8 months.

reset ur zune by turning ur zune on and after push back and up at the same time until it restarts
