My account says yahoo singapore. how can i change it to yahoo usa?

My account says yahoo singapore. how can i change it to yahoo usa?

just  click on the settings change it USA  or change it eglish

At the top of the screen, under your screen name, there should be a 'My account' link.  Once you're on your account page, click the Edit option for the Member Information section.  Scroll down, where it shows your Preferred Content, click the where it says Yahoo! Singapore and you'll be able to select Yahoo! U.S. from the list.
