My address is "unconfirmed' on ebay??

ok so i need help form someone who is familliar with ebay.. i am new to it and i just recently bought something..the transaction went through and everything and the money was taken out of my account..but i just dont understand this unconfirmed address thing..what does it meam?does it affect receiving things to my address that i buy on ebay if my address is unconfirmed?

After you do a few successful deals on Ebay, your address will become confirmed.
