My adobe premiere cs3 crashes at the startup?

Right after the starting screen it crashes. After effects doesn't work either.

I'm using windows vista home premium

You are either using a non-legit copy or adobe thinks that you are using a non-legit copy. Have to re - "non legit" it or contact adobe support. Also take a look at the link I have provided.
