My adsense account on my blog got cancelled?

Question

It was my fault, I admit it, I clicked on my on advertisements.

Now, I have actually started having visitors on my Blog. Is there anyway I can put up Ads again, I promise never to click on my own again.

You can surf around and find other advertising systems than adsense. Then you really have to learn not to click on the ads. They will catch you very easily, as you've  now learnt.

As your getting visitors to your blog you can put up ad's again. you need to create a new Adsense account with a different user name and other details. because it wont accept the same previous details. first check out whether your adsense account will get the confirmation or not.

now you known the effects by clicking at your own Ad so dont repeat the same silly mistake.
