My adsl2 is giving

My adsl2 is giving much lower speeds than expected ie 50 to 500kbps against an expected 2-3000kbps at my location.(Actually the Intermode map forecast 7000kbps.)Where can I go to find someone I can pay to have a look at it for me? The Telstra phone help is useless.Really need help and not looking for freebee!Thanks, Bryan Nolte
