  1. To vague....

Just because she moved back Home ? NO

    BUT....

If she was driving a Car Owned BY You ....

And you are the registered Owner

You can be sued if She wrecks said car and person or property were damaged or injured they can  sue you, Her  and the insuance company...

Also they can File Civil suit against both of you in most every state...

Even if she didn't live with you BUT driving Your car same applies.... If someone bought a car for a Gift and gave it to their child , have sometimes come across this problem.

If she Owns the Car and she has Her own Insurance YOU ARE SAFE ...... As long as you are not co-signer...

  2. Absolutley not

  3. She is an adult, and you have no liability from her living at your address.  Her own policy will handle her problem.  I'd suggest she not drive your car though.

  4. In most states you have permissive use on automobile policies.  Basically, this means that anyone can drive your vehicle is they have a valid drivers license.  However, you didn't mention the owner of car she is driving.  If she drives your vehicle and has an accident you insurance will assume liability is your daughter doesn't have insurance.  If your daughter is going to be living with you its just best to add her to your policy if she doesn't have insurance.
