My af still hasnt came? af was supose to show the 29th of this month and i have 25 day cycles .?

yesterday i thought it was going to show b/c my nipples were hurting and my back was aching but af still didnt show. i took a dollat store test last night it said neg but im never late so what gives. has this happened to antone else and they still found out they were pg . plz respond asap. need as many answers

It's actually possible for your body to prepare for pregnancy and seem pregnant but you are not.  Some books I've read suggest it has to do with either changing hormones in some cases or, in many cases, is psychological and relates to having a strong feeling about either wanting to be pregnant or not wanting to be.

Additionally, a home pregnancy test may show negative for up to 2 weeks when you are actually pregnant if there just isn't enough hcg in your urine to show up on the test.  A blood test, administered at your doctor's office, will usually show positive results sooner in this case if you are actually pregnant.

If two weeks go by and you are still testing negative, but no period, then you should contact your doctor to see if there is another medical issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

you are only 2 days late, its normal to go a couple of days each way, if you still havnt started in a week take another test good luck hun x
