  1. Eat lots of noodles, rice and pulses.

Add healthy fats such as olive oil, coconut oil and avocado whenever possible.

  2. In my opinion I believe one of the best way since you're a vegetarian is protein shakes/ power bars.

  3. I dont think you should worry too much about it. If you think you are "eating" "healthy" then there would be no reason for you to get sick and be unhealthy. Once your age goes up, your weight goes along with it too. Eating lots of oily, calorie-laden foods will only make things worse. Just eat healthy, thats the best thing I could suggest!

  4. that sounds like dangerously low weight. Unless you're under 5ft (150 cm), you should see a doctor first- there is a very high chance that you have hormonal imbalance.

Once you know if you're healthy or not, you can start eating more healthy food. Eating junk and empty sugars can shock your pancreas and mess up your insulin production.

Peanut butter and soy nuts are high in fat and in protein, and they are tasty. You'll need to up your daily intake of calcium, since you're high risk for osteoporosis because of your low weight. Drink a glass of soy or regular milk with your snacks, and feel free to add as much cheese as you want to your pasta. Vegan cheese is also good.

Beans are good and energy-dense. You can make Mexican burritos, hummus, and lots of different vegetarian soups.

Whole grain pasta with real pesto (lots of olive oil and nuts) is a great source of energy and of nutrition.

If you eat eggs, add couple eggs a week to your diet.

Add silken tofu to fruit smoothies.

Add chopped nuts to your salads- they're tasty and full of calories and nutrition.

Sesame seeds are also high in energy and good fats. Add them to Asian-inspired dishes. They are great in you sprinkle them on stir-fry.

    Add avocados to your sandwiches.

  5. how tall are you?

i know this is personal but when was your last period do you still get them?

load up on french fries and ice cream, banana splits, sorbets, fruit salad and ice cream, chocolate, gelatine free mousse, vegetarian pizza, butter toast, um ice coffees all yummy things and people think vegetarians miss out pfft.

oh um one of my favourite things to eat is toasted turkish bread with garlic butter, basil, tomato and cheese mmm...

  6. ooh, fun. I like helping people gain weight, so much easier than loosing weight.

Ok, go to the supermarket now and splurge on some soy ice cream or biscuits (oreos are vegan!) or maybe some vegan jello.

And at one point this week, bake a vegan cake (recipes: www.vegcooking.com, www.theppkcom) for no reason.

Some healthier sources of fat are: nuts - including peanut butter, avocado, and vegetable oils.

  7. EAT MORE CHEESE AND  BUTTER....

  8. Weight-lifting, with Soy/whey protein regimens....Creatine as a supplement before you work out.

  9. i am familiar with "vegetarian"(doesnt eat animal meat) and "vegan"no animal products

if you mean vegan i would try using alot of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, avacadoes, olives, corn and avoid celery....there are alot of vegetation that provides natural oils, and fats, and corn is used to increase animal weight because of its high carb content and natural oils.
