Question:

My age is 22 and weight is just 60kgs.?

Now I am working in Dubai. I am too weak. I am very much tensed by this. Please suggest me what can be done?

  1. a normal weight isn't calculated by age and weight but by HEIGHT and weight.

    if you want to know what should be your ideal weight you'll have to check the BMI (body mass index).  


  2. Eat a lot of calories- pizza, pasta, bananas (very high in calories) as well as sugars such as chocolate and candy. And I suggest you eat a LOT!!!

    When you've put on some weight, hit the gym, convert all that hard-earned fat into muscle.

  3. It would be better if you had given your height as well , there is no need to get depressed , eat healthy food then To increase weight please take proteins like dals and eggs , greasy foods will also make you gain weight .Eat banana with milk ,try cashew nuts as well.

    Try hindu squats , it will provide testosterone to build muscles , once you have this , your muscle will grow and you might gain good muscles.

Well Munna it would have helped much more if you told us how tall you are but i come from a very hot country myself so i know that you sweat a lot and that is probably the main reason why you are losing weight so i would say you should stay cool and eat 5 times a day[3 big meals(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) and also 2 small meals, like snacks)

    And always remember many people would kill to look like you so dont worry to much about it...its always easier to gain weight than to lose.

  7. Yes in Dubai working hours are usually very long, and you are often tempted constantly by fast foods. So are you male or female? 60 kgs is not that bad. As for feeling weak i suggest you need to eat more fruit and drink more water, and maybe multi vitamins. Now the weathers too hot so i suggest going to a gym to release energy in a good way, and help metabolism. good luck!

  10. well this really depends on your height. if you are short then your weight is fine. but if you're tall then eat eat and eat

  12. Don't worry, 60 kgs is not too little. My friend who is 45 years old weighs 57 kgs. It might be a problem in your diet, you should try to eat nutritional foods, fruits and vegetables. If this doesn't work you should talk to your doctor about it if you are really worried.
