  1. Make sure thsat the "connection" in IE isn't messed up - use a proxy, use dial-up, something like that.  It's in Tools/Internet Options/Connections.  Firefox picks it uip from the IE settings, so if it's wrong in IE, Firefox will get it wrong too.

  2. I had the same problem. Uninstall Firefox, GET RID of Internet Explorer!!

It is a virus magnet! Then, install and run SpyBot Search & Destroy, and reinstall  Firefox. Did this 3 months ago, haven't had a problem since.

  3. I had something similar happen to my computer where it would say it was connected to the internet but it would work. Try to do a system restore on computer. Restore back to before you couldn't use exloper. You won't lose any data and it might solve your problem, if it doesn't you should call the support team or whatever its called. If anything they tell you doesn't work you might have to wipe your hard drive, i had to. Just make sure you back-up any information you have. Wiping your hardrive will take it back to the when you just turned it on, it will have all the programs that were originally on it. Only wipe your hard drive if you have tried everything and it still doesn't work. If that doesn't solve your problem i don't what will.

btw, how r you asking this question if your browser doesn't work??

  4. I'd guess that you have some virus or spy/malware on your system.  Try rebooting in to Safe Mode with Networking and see if it works.  If it does, download Spybot S&D and save it to your computer.  You might not be able to install it in Safe Mode, so reboot to normal Windows and load it there.
