My airtel balance reduced from Rs.6 to Rs. -18?

a message was sent to me saying that my last msg/call charge was Rs.25(which is not true)..

what to do now?

  1. Call the Customer Care seeking clarification else you can mail the concerned appellate authorities if you are not satisfied with the response of the customer care. The mail ids of the appellate authorities for the concerned states are:

  2. Did you use GPRS ? It usually eats up the balance for any transferred data.

    If not, try calling customer care , though i dont think that will be of much help.
