My amp wont turn on.

i ran the power wires and they have power i tested them and the amp gets hot but wont run the remote wire i ran from the positive to the remote so its not that

  1. check to see if all your connections are solid. take a multimeter and check to see what voltage you get when you touch the probes to the positive and ground. if your getting about 12.5 its good. now turn the ignition on and take the red probe and touch it to the remote wire and the black probe to your ground it should give 12 and turn the ignition off and it should go back down to 0.


  2. change the remote processor titanium nitrous oxide flux capacitor fuse

  3. do you have a good ground, and is the amp used?

    are te subs wired correctly to the amp?

  4. check the amps fuse  

  5. See if the remote wire is actually getting power..
