My anemone died do i have to clean my tank?

my anemone died today do i need to clean my tank out my clown fish are not eating very much is it going to affect them if i dont and how much of the water do i take out????

anemones arent really work with bc if they do die, they do release toxins into the aquarium which can affect corals, and fish. that is why really they wont belong in a reef setup.

i would do a 75% water change.
