Both of my ankles hurt to walk since the middle of last week from soccer. Also the top of my right foot hurts too. They only hurt when i walk and for a few minutes after walking and they especially hurt when i go down stairs :[. Also if i lean on my ankles a certain way they'll just give out.Would it just be pulled muscles since i've never worked out this much? Or could it be more than muscles?Please help!
