  1. They're all haning out round my Lily of the Valley plants that have just flowered.

  2. They're on the orange network instead.

  3. We have loads of bees here in South Wales at the moment. Shall I send a few your way. Have also spotted wasps this week.

  4. Gone to play with the other bees! hee hee!!!

  5. ,Hi Silkie,

my garden is full of bees. The bumble bees have been in the log store since early spring and are now out in the garden. I don't let the gardener use sprays of any kind, and there are masses of lavender plants which they love, so when that flowers, the garden will be alive with the sound of bees buzzing.

  10. I don't know where your bees are.  I was just looking at a Jacaranda tree the other day and it was FULL of honey bees!  They were very busy flitting from flower to flower doing what they do best.

  11. I think that this may be the case, people do not seem to realise the ammount of microwave radiation that is generated by 'phone masts.

  12. The cell phone killing bees theory is just the latest sensationalization by the news media.  The original research said that the bees were showing high levels of immune deficiency.  Something like that would be more likely to be caused by pesticides or disease but definitely NOT cell phones.  Just one more thing to try to scare people and bolster ratings.

  13. Some say GM crops - perhaps others have been warned not to say this???
