My application to a highschool is pending...?

...and i just found out soccer tryouts end today for that school. I was goalie for jv as a freshmen and would like to play. i heard they really need a goalie. do you think the coach will let me try out?

I would think so.  Just go and explain the situtation in a polite and professional manner, and he should let you.
