  1. Well I have lifted for years and all the answers you read have something to do with your problem unless you are lifting light and taking it slow already. There are conditions that can cause these problems so if the advice isn't working seek medical attention and do not ignore the pain if it last longer than a week after laying off the heavy weights. So just make sure your lifting with proper form and light to moderate weights until you are able to move up in weight. If you are seeking advice on routines I have a few that will work for body building or power lifting. But if your hurting then the power lifting routine will on add to your pain.

  2. take a break stop liftin g weights for like a week see if that helps

  3. It's probably because you're out of shape. You can't just dive right in to big weights. You have to take it slow.

  4. maybe they are to heavy for your body i suggest you start at lower weights then gradually build it up another tip is when you are doing lighter weights do them slow this will build your musles up more

  5. you might be lifting the weights wrong, make sure your technique is right

maybe you hurt yourself and you just need a break for a bit

you might be lifting too much weight for your frame to handle right now

if all the above fails, lift light weights

  6. Your bones don't hurt, the muscles, ligaments and/or tendons are hurting. You are lifting too much weight too often. Lay off for a few days and then choose a lower weight and make sure you are using proper technique.
