My articles sent through speed post not reached properly.?

hi,actually 2 days back i've sent a box containing two toy cars through speed post (india post) to my home town from new delhi.

but what my family recieved was only one car....the box is same as i've sent....i dont know what to do...can anyone please suggest me what shud be my course of action......

Did you have insurance on your package?If you did, file a claim if not good luck.I have had freinds who's things have been stolen through the post.It is crazy since I thought you could trust them.

Hi, JD. Our postal department is noted for such kind of tactical service.  However, you file a complaint to the Postmaster General with a copy to the concerned postmaster.  You should have sent it by insured parcel.  If the postmaster is intelligent and willing to help you, he can find the toy lost.
