  1. Try websites to aid the handicapped but also try sites geared to "little people" (people with dwarfism) as they usually need pedal extenders.

She is not that small, my sister is 4'10" and I have a friend that is 4'9" and neither have pedal extenders and have been driving cars for years.  There is a girl I work with that is about 4'11" (& her legs are pretty short) & she drives a big F250 (she needs it for her horses) and she has no trouble either.  Has uour aunt tried to pull the seat forward & push the steering wheel back away from her?  Most newer cars can do this.

  2. The DMV doesn't sell them. You should try an online search for such equipment. There are companies that sell pedal extenders. Don't take offense, please, but you may also have luck checking with any places that sell driving aids for the handicapped. They may very well have the extenders you are looking for.

  3. My sister did and she drove a TA and the a Horizon for years. She was  the same size.
