i mean its too much now they dont let me go out for near places and i feel like there too much worried wht do u advise me to do i am a female 15 yr old

My grandma and mom do this all they time. Just sit down and ask them do you trust me and do you think you raised me well. Then tell them they did a good job and they have nothing to worry about =)
