My b.f. ***med on my glasses last night. I did not clean, now lenses and frames are crusted. How do I clean?

My husband regularly does this.  I generally make him clean them though!  If it is left till later and it goes crusty - just use running water, and gentally rub them with your fingers.  It wont take long for the *** to soften up and come off.  DON'T USE ANYTHING THAT CAN SCRATCH.
