My babie gerbils (when can i clean out the cage)?

the gerbil babies i have are now 15 days old today and they have there first coat and are wondering around the tank does this mean i can clean them out now remember they are 2 weeks 1 day old

wait 6 more days to be sure, Once in a while when you mess with the babies or the cage before 3 weeks the mom may turn on them and eat them, but if the mom doesn't seem to care and is letting you pet them or come near them and their completely eating on their own and drinking than I would say it would be o.k. to do it now.
