  1. Definately discuss this with his pedi before you try it just to be sure, but most likely if you do it gradually enough he'll be fine with it since he should be over the acid reflux by now, and since he's tried dairy products with no problems.  Just do it REALLY really slowly, taking several weeks or more to transition fully to whole milk.  I'd start with 1 oz and wait a couple days, then 1oz again...wait a couple days, then do 1 oz every other day for a bit, and so on.

  2. Do it slowly and with no other new foods.  If he does well, then sweet and if not there are a lot of other ways to get those nutrients

  3. yes

  4. Do your son a BIG favor and call the doctor and talk to a nurse at the pediatrician's office.  It's better than getting people who have no idea what they are talking about and are unqualified to do so.  It would be safer for your son for you to ask a nurse.  You know your son. No one on here does so  call the pediatrician.

  5. I don't think you should change his formula yet, its only been 3 months

    since he finished his medicine.

I would just continue feeding him the soy and giving him small tastes of other dairy as you have been doing.

Good luck and Happy Birthday to your little one!!
