My baby duck still doesn't like me, what should i do?

i've had it for a day now and i think it only see's me as the stranger who took him/her away from it's family :/.

Your duck will not get warm and cuddly with you after one day.  It probably never will.  Even if you hit it off perfectly, your duckling will let you pick it up and hold it without struggling.  

The more time you spend with him, the more friendly he will be, but it takes time.

It's only been a day. He's likely still unsure of his surroundings and who you are. Don't worry about how he sees you, he doesn't think you're his kidnapper or anything. :P Just make sure you keep yourself around him a lot. The longer you're close by and talking to him, the better he'll be around you. Pretty soon he'll be following you around and cheeping when you leave him!

Its only been a day? Duckling take a few weeks to warm up to their human Mommy or daddy, just spend lots of time with him/her. Like when your watching TV hold the duckling on a towel while you do it. Do you only have one duckling by the way? because if so you need to be spending even more time with him/her or get it a companion.
