okay, so I posted a question about this yesterday.

We were thinking of Sophia Harper Skye

but my husband and I have come up with a few more:

Harper Belle

Lily Violet

Jasmin Grace

Liliana Rose

Please, which sounds best?

We're totally stuck!

  1. Is Skye your last name, or a second middle name? I'm assuming it's a last name...

Sophia Harper, to me, screams independence and determination. It also has a slightly 'tough girl' sound but not overly so. Sophia is a great classic name. Harper is a little too masculine in my opinion, but Sophia softens it nicely...I think it's actually very nice as a middle name. The problem is the alliteration of  Sophia Skye. I wouldn't use it for that reason.

Lily Violet...I don't love this combination. Violet is such a strong, dynamic name, I don't like it as a middle name. Lily is very pretty. It's such a soft, pure name. But Lily Violet...soft and sweet, loud and bold. I dislike it because the two names cancel out eachother out. Lily Violet Skye also sounds like Lily VioletSky ( as in a sky that is the color violet.)

Jasmine Grace: I love the name Jasmine. It's bold, exotic, and feminine without being overly girly. I also like the name Grace. It's soft and simple. But I don't like them together, for the same reason I don't like Lily Violet. They  weaken each other. Jasmine takes away from the softness of Grace and makes it pale in comparisn, Grace deminishes Jasmine's exotic boldness.

Liliana Rose: My favorite. I LOVE it. It's the perfect mix of soft, feminine, elegant, and cute with a very slight modern edge. It's a beautiful choice. The nickname Lili would be very cute.
