My baby has a lump in the middle of her top lip on the inside, it kinda hangs, i can see it when she cries?

one of my child had some thing like you mentioned

a small lump between gum and top inner side of lip.

as she grew it became normal.

doctor told me nothing to worry.

i would take her to the doctor and get her checked out.

It sounds like a skin tag. They are harmless and generally painless, but get a doctor to check it out if you are concerned or she seems distressed by it.

A suck blister. It will fall off. If your worried when you take her in next time to doctors point it out.

If there is no fever or sign of infection all is good.
