My baby has wet stool?

my baby has wet stool can i take her to bath?

of course. she will feel a sense of a relief if she's clean. just wipe her bum & bath her

Of course. =)  Just be sure to use a gentle soap. Almost always when a baby has diarrhea, it can cause a bad rash.  Make sure to keep a diaper rash cream on her, to help prevent a rash.  If a bad rash does occur, clean with just a warm wash cloth, b/c soap at that point will burn/hurt. Keep the baby well hydrated, too. Dehydration can happen really easy in babies with diarrhea. GL!
