  1. I don't believe it's a good idea to start dairy that young...they also have organic yogurts if you feel this is the best option for you. Dairy is not all that healthy as the gov't tries to make it out to be...The harmful components of cow's milk include all the major parts of it, as well as some more minor elements. Lactose is a sugar meant for babies, but it's generally harmful to adults. The proteins in cow's milk are different from human milk proteins and cause problems of digestion, intolerance, impaired absorption of other nutrients, and autoimmune reactions.

  2. Dairy = 9 months

  3. Yep.  My son started at 6months with yogurt.  He loved it.  CHeese, cottage cheese, all should be fine too.

  4. yes you can

  5. yes, but i would only give her a few spoonfuls to start with just incase it makes her sick if her little tummy isnt ready or she has allergys. my girl was eating our yoghurts at 7mos, we only gave her a tiny bit at a time, but she was fine.

  6. Usually 7-8 months is fine for yogurts and cheese (NOT cow's milk though), unless you have a history of dairy allergies in the family.  Try a bit and see how she does!  :)

  7. oh ya for sure she can have it!! Mmmm I bet she's gunna love it!!!
