Hi has anyone elses baby got a lazy eye/squint, I took her to the eye specialist at the hospital yesterday and said it was really to early to say if it will be worse/better or the same, she didnt even show signs of a lazy eye while we was there! typical so we have to go back every 6 month to keep check of it. I was just wondering if anyone else baby or child had a lazy eye and got better as they grew?

  1. My son has one, has one from a few months old. he used to be really cross eyed in one eye, but it appears to be getting better.

There are plenty of exercises to be done to fix it, so just wait until she is a little older and it may fix itself :)

  2. My nephew has a lazy eye, he got glasses when he was 2 and 1/2 - 3ish, and that completely corrected the problem

  3. My brother was born with a lazy eye. at about 4 the doctors put a patch on his good eye which meant he has to use his lazy eye to see. this strenghten his lazy eye and trained it and he no longer has it.
