My baby is now 6.5 months i havent lost the weight. i gained 30kgs though i breastfeed my baby wat shud i do?

my pregnancy started at 52 kgs and when my ninth month ended i was 84 kgs

  1. Someone i know who had a baby recently and she got a band that you put around your waist. It worked for her maybe it would work for you.all it is is a band (it's not small) you around your waist.

Drink lots of water and know that during pregnancy you were burning calories and your body was craving more as well.  But there's a limit too.  When I was younger, I used to be on the swim team, I'd come home after practice and tell myself it was alright to eat since I worked so hard - well there's a limit.  I started running every other day or every 3 days for 3 months and lost 15-20lbs.  Try running 2 miles or at least 30 min with out stopping to walk.  If you do the distance, you can run as slow as you want, just don't walk, it's a mental thing.  Stay away from carbs like pasta and bread and stick to lean meats and veggies.  Take your baby out on walks/jogs and maybe get a baby work out video...that's when they incorporate working out while lifting a baby.  Good luck!
