My baby is solid brown but she has the palomino jean so she cant possibly be brown.?

My mare had a baby on 6/6/08 she was born like a really dark bay. Then she changed to be a buckskin her head and her legs and everything. She now has changed colors to be a solid brown horse with a black mane and tail. But she has the palomino jean from her mother because of her eyes. any idea of what color she will be?
