My baby sis needs help with her experiment.?

It's due in two days, so we don't have time to do the actual experiment. How long will milk last if it isn't refridgerated?

Depends on the temperature it is kept in.  If it is room temp or hotter.  You have time, just leave some out and see what happens.  There are different stages it goes through from a little sour to disgusting, and in two days she will have some appreciation for where it is on that scale.

It depends how the milk is processed and handled.  There is so-called UHT milk which is pasteurized at a very high temperature and then sealed; this milk will stay fresh at room temperature for quite a while.  UHT is often used for coffee creamers which sit out on tables in restaurants.
