  1. Maybe it's your sleeping habit. You may need to re-evaluate how you're sleeping.

Lying flat on your back forces your spine into an unnatural position, which can strain your muscles, joints and nerves. Your spine isn't meant to be straight. It has three natural curves: one in your lower back (tail end), one in the middle of your back and one near your neck/shoulder.

Here are some tips to revive your spine:

    1. Lie on your side in a fetal position with your knees bent and a pillow tucked between your legs. This will take the most stress off your back.

    2. If you must sleep on your back, prop a big, fluffy pillow under your knees to reduce the pressure on the sciatic nerve in your lower back.

    3. Use a pillow or a rolled-up towel under your neck as long as it doesn't push your chin too far forward.

    4. Don't sleep on your stomach. Sleeping facedown can exaggerate the arch at the base of your spine and cause strain. My advice...sew or tape a tennis ball to the front of your night shirt. I guarantee your stomach-sleeping days are over!

  2. Probably you sit too long. why dont you exercise yourself with a simple workout.. streching etc.

  3. what u do yesterday night?

  4. maybe the way you sit, the posture you have when you walk, going to the gym can help because it gives you muscle in the back area and abs that help support the back

  5. don't buas buas yg amat...kan dah kenaa... ;-)

  6. Ya, I agree with god... lol! Be more careful tonight...

  7. buy yourself some naproxin sodium. It is meant to sothe the muscles of back pain. It works too, as does Tylenol.

Otherwise you can either go to a chiropractor or a physical theripist for it.

  8. I think you swallowed a nail.

  9. you need a back massage...i always have the same problem...i am not sure what it is...if its not helping than you might have to go for a chiropractor...

  10. bad sleeping posture i guess...

get a comfy bed... not too soft and not too hard...

kalo sakit kat neck tu.. petua org tua... pukul ngan bantal tdo....

    minum anlene banyak2 gAK..  hehehe

    .........................................

sakit bakang... ape la si adi ni wat eh... mesti ganas neh...

  11. It is probably from tight muscles and a good hot shower, back massage would probably help relieve these symptoms. (hope you have a spouse or an electric back massager lol). My husband complains of these symptoms and sees a chiropractor as well to help relieve some of the tight muscles that he can't relieve on his own.

  12. lol i have a same question like god and me
