My back is popping and my body is tingling any help???

I have been lazy for the summer! Went back to working out and now my back is cracking, like bones rubbing together. Sometimes I get stuck on my way up and have to force the pop, and grind my back between my shoulder blades. I get tingling in my arms,feet,hands and down my legs. Also, while on my bike my perineum gets sore. My rotator cuff pops anytime I lift any thing over head! whats wrong with me?

    # Crepitation ("crackling") feeling and sound when the injured area is pressed with fingers.

    # Calcification of the muscle or its tendon (visible with X-rays).

    Maybe stop lifting weight for a bit until it is better.
