Check the connections. You'll have to pull the radio out and check back there. If it's an aftermarket, the wire may have come apart or the adaptor isn't connecting right.

You need to test your wires. Hook a small AA battery to both ends and check for a spark. Just add another wire to both ends and touch it to the little battery. If it sparks your wires are good........Then look to your deck or amp.

I know you should use an ohm meter to check the wires , but in a pinch a little battery will verify the loop of a connection
