  1. Be happy, it means your body is working the way an athlete's body should work. Drink a lot of water and of course bring deodorant, maybe even another shirt if its that big of a deal.

  2. Deodorants are basically blockers to stop you sweating. A shower or sponge-down and a change of shirt is much better.

Your sweating is the result of how hard you've trained and how much energy you're expending. Nature's airconditioning for the body.

If you use a deodorant on your back, the sweat will come out somewhere else OR you'll overheat your whole system. Not good.

  3. Just don't wear a shirt.

  4. Take a clean shirt with you, It is natural to perspire after strenuous physical activity. A shower afterwords would be nice as well.

  5. i play volleyball and that happens to me too. i wear like a cami under it and then wen that gets sweaty i go to the bathroom and take it off then i wear just my tee

  6. It happens to everyone during our volleyball practices.

It just means that you're giving it your all and I would suggest just ignoring it and when you get home shower and change.

Sweating is not a big deal and don't let it stop you from being your best at volleyball.

    Hope that helps.

  7. My back does the same thing.  What i do is just change when i get home.  It's not like there is a deodorant for your back after all lol.

  8. You may want to try putting on a tank top underneath your shirt. That can soak up some of the sweat before it gets through your shirt.

  9. Put some baby powder on your back.

  10. Many of the girls on my team take multiple shirts to practice, myself included, and throw a different one on quick when you get a bathroom break. A clean shirt is always refreshing :)
