My backyard is flooded!?

My neighbors yard behind me has a slight slope going towards my yard. I asked them if they are over watering and they said No but since they moved in my yard is getting flooded. What should I do?

turn off all the water in house -go look at meter make sure it isn't spinning and you have a water leak-then odds are they are causing problem-be nice and talk to them again and tell them they need to check for water leak-something is causing it

you should report them to the health department. Most likely their septic is overflowing, or the are running it out on the ground.

By the way, it is illegal for them to run any water onto the ground that does not come out of their waterhose.
