My ball python takes about 2 weeks to shed, and will shed maybe every other month. Normally i feed him once a?

week, but since i dont feed him when he is shedding, should i feed him every five or 6 days to make up for the time that is spent shedding?

  1. Why does he take two weeks to shed? It should be one week, tops. Their eyes with become cloudy blue first, then they should shed within a week.

    If it starts shedding(as in skin starting to come off) and it takes more than 48 hours your humidity is too low, you need to up the humidity in your tank and soak your BP in warm water to help him shep.
