I have the plant in my office on top of a bookcase under flourescent office lighting. It receives some indirect light from windows nearby. I've had it about a year or so. The growth pleases me but the leaves sometime have a little yellow in them and don't seem to be as healthy looking as when they are the natural green color. Does it need some kind of food?
