My band was video taped, how do I download it to our site?

We are a neighborhood band and have a website, want to add a video of a gig to our website.

What do you build with?  If you have your video saved in My Videos, right click on My Videos, scroll down to send, click on My Documents.  If you build on sitebuilder, boot it up, right click on an empty area of the page you want to display it on, click Insert, click Videos, and follow directions.  

If you use another web site tool, you will probably need HTML code, and I can't help you there.

if you have access to your ftp, you can upload the file to that and then post a link to it on your website
