My bank charged me £95 quid!

For 'Charges and fees' I know the whole Martin Lewis thing, but thought most the time its about £30, but £95, I mean thats taking the mick right?

  1. i'd imagine that's broken down into 3 charges (of maybe £30,£30 and £35) rather than being one single charge

    basically, the banks can currently do this - it's charges for a number of things (eg going overdrawn) and currently hundreds of people are in the process of trying to claim back their bank charges. there's a test case going through now, so banks are waiting on the results of that

  2. uNFORTUNATELY BANKS MAKE THESE CHARGES ALL THE TIME AND TELL YOU IT IS OKAY. gET ON THE PHONE AND ASKY WHY AND WHAT EXACTLY THEY WERE FOR.
