  1. do you have the valves open all the way under the tank?

do you have deposit build up in the mechanism that fills the tank?

do you have a leak somewhere and therefore not much water pressure?

    good luck

  2. i had this problem with a brand new toilet.  had to replace the fill valve.  very simple and cheap.  now what took 30=40 minutes, takes but a few seconds.

  3. First, check the water flow from the fill tube.  Turn off the water at the valve.  Unscrew the top of the fill tube.  Bend it over into a large jar or pot.  Turn the water back on.  If you have good flow, the fill mechanism in the toliet is bad.  Replace it.  If you have no flow or little flow, the shut off valve may be bad or you have a major plumbing problem in the house.

  4. I would say that the ball valve is blocked with water hardness (calcium) and it's not worth trying to clear it because it's very cheap and very easy to replace it.

  5. Eat & drink less. Get a chamber pot. Dig a trench. Practice extended retention. Go to Wal-Mart. Sell your home. Use a cat box. Put it in plastic grocery bags and deposit them randomly about town. Diapers?
