My battery pack will not charge when only 1 year old .Why???

The pack was used Twice but will now not recharge

  1. depends how often you use the battery too.

    and try this trick put the battery in a tightly sealed ziploc bag to keep moisture out. leave it in the freezer for one night and see if you are able to charge it again.
