My battery to my Durabrand portable DVD and cord does not work, where can I get another?

My Drabrand portable DVD needs another battery and cord. Where can I go for help?

This is a terrible company - I have tried to call the phone number - it is disconnected. I emailed them, it came back refused. I wrote to them with no response. So I think this is a bogus company that sells DVD players and other electronics and then disappears so consumers cannnot get replacement parts, they would have to buy the whole DVD again. I will not shop Durabrand ever again. I would recommend going to www.pricegrabber.com and getting a really excellent DVD player (like SONY) where you know the company will back you up if something goes wrong.
