  1. What do you mean "flips over"?

If you means it falls off something and doesn't always land on its feet then i wouldn't worry - maybe stop it climbing or get it some wider platforms.

If you mean that it rolls onto its back - then i would presume it has brain damage. The fact it is eating is good, and i doubt that it can be fixed... there is nothing you can do about it.

It could have been caused by excessive heat or maybe it fall and hurt itself or maybe it is a genetic defect...

Take it to the vet and get it checked over just incase they can do something about it.

  2. that weired I've got two beardies Fred and Wilma they've never done anything like that

do you used a vit supplement such as nutrobol and a change your UV bulb every couple of months ( other wise it kind of loses its effect)

these both effect calcium and bones which i know can be a problem

I've got a book called the bearded dragon manual

it say symptoms of head tilt, balance off altered gait, and flipping are most commonly caused by inner ear infections also seen with head trauma overheating bacterial meningitis toxins and viruses

    book says

needs veterinary exam as inner infections require systemic anti biotics and central nervous system disordered may require steroid ant inflammatory drugs

you really need to get him her to a vets

if you've not already got one make sure you find a specialist  with experience

    good luck
