  1. I would take out the sand... and use the reptile bark or reptile bedding. I would also clean out the cage  VERY well. Ask the people at the petstore and see if they might have some reccommendations about the bedding. they know what they are talking about with the bedding. The dragon might need to be cleaned up. he might like a bath!

In either case, it is better to not use the sand. Bedding is a bit better.

  2. change the sand? i am not a expert on that sorry! lol maybe look online

  3. well first of all you have to change it once or twice a year, about four ten pound bags.  also you have to scoop out the p**p once in a while.  If it still smells then try using new sand i guess.  Some sand may be smelly.  So...yea.

help me with my question plz!!

  4. Put it on a cookie sheet and put in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes

  5. Replace the sand, but make sure you also clean its enclosure before you put the new sand in because the smell may linger.

  6. Replace the sand and wash the cage with soap.

  7. You need to change the sand. Spot clean the cage as often as you can. Completely change the sand once a month. I hope this helps.

  8. Get rid of the sand.  It is not natural, can cause intestinal impaction, harbors bacteria (this is what smells) and gives a place for parasites to live and breed.  I use non-adhesive shelf liner in all my lizard cages.  It is cheap, easy to clean and looks great.

  9. I would personally take him off the sand. sand can usually keep smell and also cause your beardie to get sick... IF you got to petstore they sell this reptile carpet
