  4. I wouldn't call it a bedroom... I would just say it's my room.

As far as I know the real estate requires a bedroom to be a room with an over head light.  Not lamps or wall sconces.  And have a closet.  Or storage of some sort built into the room.  You can make it a kitchen and still call it a bedroom as long as you leave the light and closet.  Hope this helps.  I'm from Indiana by the way  don't know if it varies from state to state.
