it sounds like a yeast infection. Clean it with water/soap and peroxide and then dry it really well and use some triple antibiotic for a few days. Should help.

Just your belly button? Or do you have a piercing there?

Get some Savlon antiseptic solution & cotton buds and get in there and give it a good clean out. Try not poke and prod it too much incase you give yourself an injury. If you find this doesn't work you probably need to see a Dr.

not sure what it could be i would probably clean it with cotton wool and cooled boiled salt water and go along to your gp get it checked out
